Prove your devotion by collecting all of the Altar’s of Lilith in Diablo IV – and here's how:

When collecting all the Altar’s of Lilith in Diablo IV, it is important to know exactly where you are going and just how easy it is to find them in a designated zone. Look no further, as this series will be your one-stop-shop on where to find all of the Altars across the wide world of Sanctuary.

The Fractured Peaks will be the first zone, and really, the starting zone for all characters created in Diablo IV. It is home to vast landscapes including frozen lakes, mountainous terrain, and lush fields of which are overrun by Lilith’s minions.

In your introduction questline after creating your first character, you will stumble across your first Altar of Lilith. These Altars are important as they give bonuses to your character the more you collect.

Within the Fractured Peaks, there are 28 Altars to collect. To help you find all of them, we have gone through the trouble of finding them for you. Look at us, being helpful and stuff!

As a basis, here is a map with all of the locations for the Altar’s of Lilith in the Fracture Peaks:

Altar #1 - Icehowl Taiga (Desolate Highlands)

The first altar can be easily found soon after creating your first character. This altar is on the road to the east of Nevesk.

Altar #2 - Eastern Pass (Desolate Highlands)

The second altar can be found among the grouped up trees to the east on your adventure to the main hub city, Kyovashad. To make things easy for yourself, stick along the wall and climb up the cliff to easily access the altar.

Alter #3 - Father’s Cross (Desolate Highlands)

The third altar can be found south to southwest of Kyovashad. Be sure to exit the city sound and begin heading down the road. You will find this shrine up at the top of the frozen river to the east.

Altar #4 - Dobrev Taiga (Southeast Foothills)

The fourth altar can be found directly south of Kyovashad. Exit the city from the southwest and veer right like you are running to Light’s Watch. Climb the wall and hook left and find the altar in the trees.

Altar #5 - Dobrev Taiga (Shadow Trail)

The fifth altar can be found by heading south out of Margrave. Continue south through the tunnel where you will see a small mass to the south on your map. You will find the altar at the end of that passage.

Altar #6 - Dobrev Taiga (Western Tunnels)

The sixth altar can be found as you walk from Altar #5 east on the trail passing the Maulwood dungeon. Continue east and wrap around to your left and start heading north. The altar is almost exactly east of Maulwood. You will see the altar as you gaze over the landscape.

Altar #7 - Gale Valley (Trekker’s Nook)

The seventh altar can be found southeast of Yelesna. Run out of town to the south and continue to the southeast most point of the map where you will see an option to interact with the terrain. The altar can be found in the small encampment.

Altar #8 - Gale Valley (Tsepilova Pond)

The eighth altar can be found by continuing from Altar #7 to the east and running north towards the Dead Man’s Dredge dungeon. Continue from the dungeon slightly northwest where you will see pools of blood on the ground. The altar can be seen glowing red to the north.

Altar #9 - Gale Valley (Zeleny Lowlands)

The ninth altar can be found directly north from Yelesna. Run north out of town and continue as if you were running to the Infested Mill cellar to complete. The altar is sitting within the trees to the north.

Altar #10 - Frigid Expanse (Shivering Wilds)

The tenth altar can be found just north of Altar #9 in one of the small appendages of land seen on the map. It is amongst the brush and rock behind the broken boxes to the north.

Altar #11 - Frigid Expanse (Shivering Wilds (2))

The eleventh altar can be found by running from Altar #10 directly east as if you were running to go fight Ashava. This one can be tricky as it is placed directly behind a tree. It is located close to the Gruesome Storage cellar in the small appendage of land shooting south.

Altar #12 - Malnok Stronghold

The twelfth altar can be found by entering the Malnok Stronghold and entering a house to the south. Walk inside and the altar will be standing next to a bookshelf.

Altar #13 - Seat of the Heavens (Fields of Judgment)

The thirteenth altar can be found east of the Malnok Stronghold. It can be seen sitting sideways next to some snow covered rocky terrain to the west of the Saint’s Rest cellar.

Altar #14 - Seat of the Heavens (Serac Rapture)

The fourteenth altar can be found by running directly east from Altar #13 to the Collapsed Cavern cellar. Head south where you will find the altar at the edge of the rocky terrain.

Altar #15 - Seat of the Heavens (Sinner’s Pass)

The fifteenth altar can be found by running north out of the Bear Tribe Refuge. On your map, it can be located directly north of the Hoarfrost Demise dungeon. Continue north where you will see the altar standing next to a snow covered brick wall at the edge of the map.

Altar #16 - Frigid Expanse (Olyam Tundra)

The sixteenth altar can be found by running east out of Kyovashad toward the Hallowed Ossuary dungeon before hooking northwest. There, the altar can be seen by the jagged rocks to the south with its back turned.

Altar #17 - Frigid Expanse (Olyam Tundra)

The seventeenth altar can be found by running east out of Kyovashad and cutting directly north as if you are running to the Forsaken Quarry dungeon. The altar is located on the side of the cliff before the interactable to cross.

Altar #18 - Frigid Expanse ( The Deep White)

The eighteenth altar can be found on a cliff edge in The Deep White directly north from the Geyser Sinkhole cellar. Travel to the east to the cliff edge to collect the altar.

Altar #19 - Sarkova Pass (Crags of Ill Wild)

The nineteenth altar can be found west of Altar #18 by traveling down the road to the west. It is on the edge of the cliff set off kilter as if it is going to fall off the cliff face.

Altar #20 - Kor Dragan Stronghold

The twentieth altar can be found in the Kor Dragan Stronghold. Be careful as this zone is full of high level demons that will stop at nothing to feed on your lifeless body. This altar is probably best left for higher levels where these demons can be handled safely. The altar itself seems to be hidden next to a group of barrels after you have climbed up the interactable to defeat the vampiric corruption.

Altar #21 - Sarkova Pass (Western Ways)

The twenty-first altar can be found directly west from the Forbidden City dungeon west of the Kor Dragan Stronghold. Teleport to Menestad and run straight north out of town to the edge of the map where you will find it hidden within a group of trees.

Altar #22 - Sarkova Pass (Western Ways (2))

The twenty-second altar can be found just south-west of Altar #21, directly west from the Frosty Mine cellar. Continue west from Altar #21 and veer south where you can find it between two trees on the edge of the map.

Altar #23 - The Pallid Glade (Melnik’s Hill)

The twenty-third altar can be found in a house south-west from Menestad. Exit town from the south and then run west along the road until you get to the interactable to jump down from the cliff. Walk inside the cabin left by itself to find the altar inside.

Altar #24 - Sarkova Pass (Western Ways (3))

The twenty-fourth altar can be found along the road south of Menestad. Continue out of town south and run along the skinny road to Kyovashad where it will be on your left hand side.

Altar #25 - The Pallid Glade (The Brinewood)

The twenty-fifth altar can be found within the leafless trees on the road to the east of Nostrava.

Altar #26 - Nostrava Stronghold

The twenty-sixth altar can be found in the Nostrava Stronghold. Run north in the strong hold to the cabin at the top where there is a broken opening in the back of the building. Crowch (interact) through the opening and run up to the altar.

Altar #27 - The Pallad Glade (The Brinewood (2))

The twenty-seventh altar can be found north-west from Nevesk. Exit the town to the west and run north-west to an upside down heart shape on the map. The altar will be disguised in the leafless trees just at the end of the road.

Altar #28 - Desolate Highlands (Icehowl Taiga)

The twenty-eighth and final Altar of Lilith in the Fractured Peaks can be found south-west of Nevesk. Exit town to the north-west and run south. The altar is directly north of the Lost Archives dungeon in the south-west most point of the Fractured Peaks map. The altar can be seen in the trees.
