RWF: Blood Bounty Race Results
Hello everyone! The Race to World First: Blood Bounty (Season 2) has concluded and what a great race it was! There have been quite a few changes to the game since the last race that really made the game play quite differently. New items, nerfs and buffs to skills as well as completely changing out how damage calculations work in the game as well as experience calculations have really sped things up this time around. October 17th, 2023 we featured a multi-POV broadcast with several casters and other influencers within the Diablo community on our Twitch page at www.twitch.tv/diablobuilds.
If you were not able to catch the race since it happened all in one day and happened very fast head on over to the VOD of the race and take a peek at what happened! Many of the racers teamed up and really made short work of the content and reached level 100 in less than 24 hours. The leaderboard can be viewed here.
Fun side note to the race is that at the start of the launch there was a delay so the racers had to wait on standby doing their own thing until they could actually race and as such our casters had nothing to do so they started playing Diablo 2 together for a while until Blizzard had the season officially started. They made lemonade out of lemons!
This season's Race to World First was taken by the Necromancer class on both SC and HC. Fitting for the theme of the season. The first person in SC to hit lvl 100 was mr_leguan! Thank you to everyone who took part in the race for giving it their all and showing off their tremendous skills to the world! We all had a blast being able to see what is actually possible in the world of Diablo IV with the right information and practice.
